Wendy Zanders - Your Declutter Coach, LLC (Your Declutter Coach) is a woman- and veteran-owned and operated business based in Arizona. Wendy is a Professional Organizer who is passionate about helping seniors and special needs families like hers take their homes and papers FROM Overwhelmed TO Simplified. 


Wendy draws upon her experience juggling a full work schedule, family life, and living with Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD), depression, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and anxiety, as well as raising children who are living with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Sensory Processing Disorder (SPD), to understand and meet the needs of her clients and their families.


Wendy’s experiences allow her to recognize, empathize, and help clients who are living with mental illnesses and struggle with cluttered and disorganized homes. She knows that one size does not fit all, so she supports families with her compassionate, non-judgemental, and tailored approach.

About the Role

As the Marketing and Sales Coordinator, you’re an important part of our growing team. You enjoy researching and developing various marketing strategies, implementing marketing plans, growing sales, tracking marketing and sales data, and identifying opportunities for improvement.

You’re a creative self-starter who loves working with a tight knit team and is eager for the opportunity to help a small business grow and thrive.

In this Role, You Will:

  1. Collaborate with the team to fully understand the company’s vision, mission, values, goals, brand, products, services, marketing needs, and budget on an ongoing basis.

  2. Gather, review, and analyze all current and past marketing materials to identify strengths and opportunities for improvement.

  3. Detail, design, and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to attract and nurture ideal customers and meet company goals.

  4. Create and present marketing and social media campaigns and design ideas to the team for feedback and approval.

  5. Repurpose and maximize all existing and new content for use on the company’s blog, email newsletter, social media platforms, and other relevant channels.

  6. Identify opportunities to increase our brand visibility through securing speaking engagements, podcast interviews, and features in online and print publications.

  7. Review and analyze the customer journey via existing marketing efforts and sales funnels, making recommendations to enhance and improve overall effectiveness.

  8. Determine marketing schedule and collaborate with all appropriate team members to implement approved marketing and social media campaigns accordingly.

  9. Track and analyze sales, marketing, and advertising data, pricing strategies, customer demographics, and other information that can potentially improve performance.

  10. Evaluate success of campaigns when completed, identifying areas of achievement and making recommendations for areas of improvement.

  11. Other duties as assigned.

While you will not have any supervisory responsibilities upon immediate hire, this position has the potential to grow into a leadership role. When that time comes, you will also:

13. Oversee all sales and marketing operations and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the team is consistently working together toward common goals.

Supervisory Responsibility

This position will have no immediate supervisory responsibilities, but will add supervisory responsibilities as the company grows and the position expands.


Work Environment

This is a 100% remote position; however, candidates must be residents of the state of Arizona. Your work environment may be of your own choosing, whether that’s in a home office, the playground, the beach, or elsewhere. You are responsible for securing your own work location, including any associated costs and fees.

Physical Demands

The physical demands described below are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

  • Able to speak and hear clearly to communicate in writing, by phone, and by video.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a part-time remote work position with a flexible schedule that consists of up to 10 hours of work per week (hours may fluctuate from week to week). Candidates must be residents of the state of Arizona. There may be a chance for increased hours during busy periods and/or as the company grows.


Some minimal travel for quarterly team meetings possible.

Education and Experience

  1. Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field (highly preferred, but not required with equivalent work experience).

  2. Minimum of two years of Marketing, Sales, or related work experience required.

  3. Intermediate technical skills and ability to figure out things as they arise.

  4. Experience leading and managing advertising campaigns, A/B experiments, Search

    Engine Optimization (SEO), email and social media marketing, and digital campaigns.

  5. Experience using the following a plus (but not required): Google Suite, Wix (or other

    website platform), 17Hats (or other Client Relationship Management software), ThriveCart (or other sales and payment software) ActiveCampaign (or other email platform), and Acuity Scheduling (or other calendar scheduling software)
